Are your fares the same as the airline's?

Yes. The fare portion is the airline's own published fare for those flights and that fare family. Our service fee is shown separately.

How much is your fee?

$39 per traveler for an economy round trip, $59 premium economy, $89 business; less one way. No fee on hotels, changes or cancellations.

Who issues my ticket?

The airline issues the e-ticket. Farehaven books it for you as the airline's agent. Your ticket number starts with the airline's code (125 for British Airways, 001 for American, 016 for United, 006 for Delta, 932 for Virgin Atlantic, 279 for JetBlue).

Will I earn miles and status?

Yes, exactly as if you booked with the airline. Add your frequent flyer number at checkout or later.

Can I cancel?

Within 24 hours of booking, for a full refund including our fee, if the flight is 7 or more days away. After that, the airline's fare rules apply; we never add our own fee.

How do I pay?

After you enter traveler details we hold your seats and email a secure payment link (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Nothing is charged until you pay.

Do I need anything to enter the UK?

US citizens need a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before flying. Apply on the official UK ETA app or GOV.UK. See our London guide.

Can you book hotels?

Yes, London hotels at the hotel's own rate, with perks at many luxury hotels. No fee.

Do you book other routes?

Online search covers New York–London. Advisors book Paris, Dublin, Lisbon, Rome and Tel Aviv by phone or email at the same fee, and any route (including US domestic) for Farehaven for Teams accounts.

Can my company use Farehaven?

Yes: Farehaven for Teams gives you one account, traveler profiles, a built-in policy and one monthly invoice.

How do I complain?

Is my data safe?

We collect what airlines and the TSA require to issue a ticket, share it only with the airlines and hotels you book, and never sell it. See our privacy notice.
