For companies that have outgrown booking on whatever site is open, but don't want a corporate travel management contract. Usually there is one person (an office manager, an EA, someone in operations) booking for everyone. We built this for them.
One account
Traveler profiles with passport names, Known Traveler Numbers and frequent flyer numbers, so nobody types them again. Book for anyone on the team, or let travelers book themselves. For Teams accounts our advisors book any airline and route, including US domestic flights, at the same fee.
Your policy, built in
Cabin rules by flight length, booking windows, hotel caps by city. Out-of-policy trips go to an approver by email with one click to approve.
One invoice
One monthly invoice or one company card, with every trip itemized by traveler, project and cost center. Receipts show fare, taxes and our fee on separate lines.
People who answer
Every traveler gets the same 24/7 number. When a flight is cancelled at 2 am, your traveler talks to an advisor, not a chatbot, and you get a note in the morning.
Know where people are
A live list of who is traveling where, for duty of care, with alerts if a trip is disrupted.
Simple pricing
The same flat fee per trip as everyone else ($39 economy round trip, $89 business), no platform fee, no minimum. No fee on hotels. For companies with regular volume we agree account terms.
Moving from another site
Send us your travel policy and a list of upcoming trips; we load the profiles and policy, and you can keep existing bookings where they are. Most teams are set up in a day.
