If your flight is cancelled or moved by more than an hour, an advisor finds the best alternatives (including partner airlines where the fare allows), holds a seat and contacts you by text and email. You choose; we confirm. If you'd rather have a refund, we process it and refund our service fee too.

Delays and missed connections. Call us from the airport. We work the airline's rebooking options at the same time as the airport desk and usually get there first.

Your rights. Under US Department of Transportation rules you are entitled to a refund when an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight and you don't accept the alternative. On flights from the UK, UK261 can also entitle you to compensation for long delays and cancellations; we'll tell you if it applies and help you claim from the airline, at no charge.
