Farehaven is responsible for the personal information you give us.

What we collect

Names, dates of birth, gender, contact details and passport details that airlines and the TSA's Secure Flight program require; Known Traveler and frequent flyer numbers if you add them; payment confirmations (card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us); and messages you send our advisors.

How we use it

To book and service your trips, to contact you about disruptions, to run price-drop protection, and to meet legal obligations. We send marketing only if you opt in, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

The airlines and hotels you book, our reservation system and payment providers, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and the EU/UK), you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to opt out of certain processing. Email r+farehaven-privacy@haggl.ai. We respond within 30 days.

Retention

Booking records are kept for seven years for tax and airline audit purposes; other data for as long as your account is active.
